WE ARE HIRING IN GERMANY – DIEMELSTADT Team Leader / Logistics Supervisor Start Date: Immediate | Contract: Full-time | Work Schedule: Shift system If you have a background in logistics, enjoy working with people, and want to develop your career abroad, this opportunity is for you.
TEAM LEADER / LOGISTICS SUPERVISOR – 12-Month Contract
Pay: €19/h (≈ €39,600 annually)
Accommodation and full family relocation assistance included.
Responsibilities:
Coordinating daily tasks within the team
Training and motivating employees
Supervising task completion
Cooperating with supervisors and shift leaders
Monitoring health and safety regulations
Supporting process improvement initiatives
Requirements:
Vocational training or long-term logistics experience
Several years in a leadership role
Knowledge of WMS
Good English; German A2
Strong social skills, reliability, team spirit
Willingness to work shifts
Independent and structured work style
