1. SHIFT MANAGER – Permanent Contract (Full-time)

Annual Salary: €48,000
Accommodation and relocation provided.

Responsibilities:

• Managing daily shift operations (20–100 employees)

• Monitoring KPIs and ensuring productivity

• Communicating with employees and maintaining work standards

• Coordinating with other departments and shift managers

• Setting shift goals and supervising their achievement

• Creating shift schedules and approving vacations

• Ensuring compliance with HSE and internal safety regulations

• Auditing and improving processes

• Acting as an escalation point

Requirements:

• Completed vocational training (preferably in logistics)

• Experience in team management within logistics

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Good command of German (English is an advantage)

• Knowledge of WMS and MS Office

• Analytical thinking, adaptability, problem-solving skills

2. TEAM LEADER / LOGISTICS SUPERVISOR – 12-Month Contract

Pay: €19/h (≈ €39,600 annually)
Accommodation and full family relocation assistance included.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating daily tasks within the team

• Training and motivating employees

• Supervising task completion

• Cooperating with supervisors and shift leaders

• Monitoring health and safety regulations

• Supporting process improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Vocational training or long-term logistics experience

• Several years in a leadership role

• Knowledge of WMS

• Good English; German A2

• Strong social skills, reliability, team spirit

• Willingness to work shifts

• Independent and structured work style
