TEAM LEADER / LOGISTICS SUPERVISOR – 12-Month Contract
Pay: €19/h (≈ €39,600 annually)
Accommodation and full family relocation assistance included.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating daily tasks within the team
- Training and motivating employees
- Supervising task completion
- Cooperating with supervisors and shift leaders
- Monitoring health and safety regulations
- Supporting process improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- Vocational training or long-term logistics experience
- Several years in a leadership role
- Knowledge of WMS
- Good English; German A2
- Strong social skills, reliability, team spirit
- Willingness to work shifts
- Independent and structured work style
