What we’re looking for
- Fluency in Slovak, Romanian, Czech, Polish or Hungarian (essential)
- Good level of English
- Confident and professional phone communication skills
- Keyboard warrior (Fast and accurate typing skills)
- Organised and proactive mindset
- Recruitment or sales experience is an advantage
Key responsibilities
- Source and interview candidates via job boards and social media
- Match suitable candidates to open vacancies
- Build and maintain an active candidate pipeline
- Keep regular contact with candidates and update availability
- Track daily activity and report results
