What we’re looking for
Fluency in Slovak, Romanian, Czech, Polish or Hungarian (essential)
Good level of English
Confident and professional phone communication skills
Keyboard warrior (Fast and accurate typing skills)
Organised and proactive mindset
Recruitment or sales experience is an advantage
Key responsibilities
Source and interview candidates via job boards and social media
Match suitable candidates to open vacancies
Build and maintain an active candidate pipeline
Keep regular contact with candidates and update availability
Track daily activity and report results
