In this position, you’ll act as a brand ambassador for HelloFresh, engaging with Norwegian-speaking customers and enhancing their experience.
💡 What You’ll Be Doing
- You’re not just answering questions — you’re bringing customers back.
- Reach out to former HelloFresh users (calls, chat, email)
- Understand why they left — and win them back
- Help customers choose the right meal plans for their lifestyle
- Solve issues quickly and smoothly
- Deliver a top-tier customer experience every time
