Ready to take your career international while working with a global fintech leader? We’re looking for native Dutch speakers to join an exciting Digital Wallet Project in Lisbon — with the opportunity to work from home after training!

🏡 Work from home after just 1 month of training 

🌍 International fintech experience in Lisbon 

🗓 Monday–Friday schedule with weekends off

 

💼 What You’ll Be Doing 

Join a dynamic Finance & Customer Support team supporting a globally recognized online payments platform. Your day-to-day will include: 

  • Handling inbound & outbound customer interactions (calls + written channels) 
  • Supporting customers with account funding & transactions 
  • Negotiating payments and securing promise-to-pay agreements Investigating and resolving account & collections inquiries 
  • Educating customers on products, account history & protection policies 
  • Supporting vulnerable customers with care and professionalism 
  • Managing insolvency-related cases 
  • Updating internal systems with accurate notes 
  • Coordinating with internal teams when needed 

🌍 Work Setup & Schedule 

  • 📍 Location: Lisbon (Portugal) 
  • 🏢 Training: 1 month on-site 
  • 🏡 Work From Home after training 
  • 🗓 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00 
  • 🌴 Weekends Off (Saturday & Sunday) 
  • 📄 6-month contract 

💰 Salary & Benefits 

  • 💵 Base salary: €1,100 x14 months/year 
  • ➕ Complexity bonus: €80 x11 months/year 
  • 🍽 Meal allowance: €7.63 per working day 
  • 🌍 International experience in a global fintech company 
  • 🏡 Remote work model after training 

🧠 What We’re Looking For 

  • 🇳🇱 Dutch (C2 / Native level) 
  • 🇬🇧 English (B2 level or higher) 
  • Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or call center (1–2 years preferred)
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills 
  • Comfortable handling sensitive financial conversations 
  • Able to multitask across systems in a fast-paced environment Independent and disciplined working from home
