Job Description
Are you a Doctor with a passion for the Mental Health field? We are searching for Doctors to work in a Mental Health Institution in Zeeland/Goes, in The Netherlands. No prior residency is required. If you’re seeking a new challenge and a fresh direction in your career, we invite you to explore the details below.
Requirements
- Doctor (no prior residency is required);
- Good level of English;
- Degree completed in the EU + European citizenship;
- Availability and motivation to attend the Dutch language course.
Offer
- Starting monthly salary: €5.140 (and up to €6.716);
- Offer of Dutch language training. The course lasts about 7 months and is very intensive. After completing this training, you will have reached C1 level;
- During the course, we offer: scholarship for personal expenses, books, accommodation, and food allowance;
- Home to work transportation allowance;
- 25 vacation days;
- Year-end bonus (8.33% of your annual salary);
- Holiday allowance (8% of your annual salary);
- Big register costs;
- Dutch official language exam costs.

- Improving and adapting your CV to highlight your true strengths;
- Preparing you for interviews with the institution;
- Finding a fully furnished home ready for move-in
- Support with all administrative steps:
– Professional registration
– City council registration (BSN)

- Support with social integration, helping you stay connected to your hobbies, interests, and community;
- Assistance in finding kindergarten or school placements for your children, if needed;
- Guidance on the 30% ruling (a Dutch tax benefit for highly skilled migrants). If eligible, your employer may grant a tax-free allowance of up to 30% of your gross salary. This is a government-approved scheme.
