Job Description

Requirements
- Specialization in Ophthalmology
- Good level of English
- Degree completed in the EU + European citizenship
- Availability and motivation to attend the Dutch language course
Offer
- Monthly salary up to: €15.392 (depending on years of experience);
- Offer of Dutch language training. The course lasts about 7 months and is very intensive. After completing this training, you will have reached C1 level.
- During the course, we offer: scholarship for personal expenses, books, accommodation, and food allowance
- Home to work transportation allowance;
- 25 vacation days;
- Holiday allowance (8% of your annual salary);
- Big register costs;
- Dutch official language exam costs.

- Guidance on the 30% ruling (a Dutch tax benefit for highly skilled migrants). If eligible, your employer may grant a tax-free allowance of up to 30% of your gross salary. This is a government-approved scheme.
The employer offers room for collaboration and entrepreneurship, allowing you to further develop ophthalmological care together with your colleagues. You work with an experienced and close-knit team consisting of fellow ophthalmologists, optometrists, orthoptists, junior doctors, physician assistants, and ophthalmic technicians. In addition, our front and back office staff ensure the smooth handling of patient care.
