Key Responsibilities
Account Management
Gather and share client feedback to improve services.
Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
Develop account strategies aligned with business goals.
Handle client issues and ensure timely resolutions.
Overcome daily challenges affecting campaign delivery or revenue.
Client Engagement
Research client objectives and market trends.
Identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
Present tailored advertising solutions.
Maintain long-term, trusted client relationships.
Market Knowledge
Stay updated on digital advertising trends and tools.
Use market insights to provide added value to clients.
Pipeline & Performance
Keep accurate pipeline and forecasting records.
Share client insights with internal teams.
Document all client activities thoroughly.
Consistently meet or exceed revenue and performance targets.
Requirements
High school diploma (minimum).
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
2+ years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or outbound sales.
Proven ability to manage client relationships and achieve sales targets.
Hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads); certifications are a plus.
Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, Dynamics 365, or similar).
Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability.
Organized, goal-oriented, and capable of managing multiple accounts.
Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.

Compensation:
- Level 1: €1,150 gross/month
Monthly performance bonus: €250
