As we expand our services in the Netherlands, we are looking for qualified and compassionate therapists to join our growing international team.

Role Overview

As a Therapist at TherapyMantra Netherlands, you will provide online therapy sessions to clients facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and relationship issues. You will work remotely using our secure telehealth platform while maintaining high standards of clinical care.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide online individual, couples, and family therapy sessions

- Conduct mental health assessments and create personalized treatment plans

- Deliver evidence-based therapies such as CBT, ACT, DBT, and solution-focused therapy

- Maintain accurate and confidential client records

- Follow Dutch ethical and professional practice guidelines

- Collaborate with the clinical team when required

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counselling, Psychotherapy, or Social Work

- Valid registration or eligibility to practice in the Netherlands (e.g., BIG register where applicable)

- Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Comfortable providing therapy in an online setting

Preferred Skills

- Fluency in Dutch and/or English

- Experience with anxiety, trauma, relationship counselling, or workplace stress

- Experience working with multicultural or international clients

- Background in Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) is a plus
