At TechBiz Global, we are providing recruitment service to our TOP clients from our portfolio. We are currently seeking a Senior/Leading Frontend Software Engineer to join one of our clients' team. WHAT YOU WILL BE CHALLENGED WITH:

  • Design and implement complex administrative interfaces for configuring and operating insurance products.
  • Build schema-driven and highly interactive UIs that allow experts to define product structures, pricing rules, and workflows.
  • Own and evolve our frontend architecture, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance across a growing platform.
  • Collaborate closely with backend teams building microservice-based APIs (gRPC / REST) powering product configuration and policy operations.
  • Contribute to the design of AI-assisted workflows, where domain experts interact with AI tools to configure and operate insurance products faster.
  • Establish and maintain frontend engineering standards, including performance optimization, accessibility (A11y), and robust state management.
  • Work with Product and UX to transform complex insurance concepts into clear, efficient user experiences.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for a Senior or Lead Frontend Engineer who enjoys building complex software systems and translating difficult domain problems into intuitive user interfaces. Beside this you bring:

  • Extensive experience building large-scale production frontend applications.
  • Deep expertise with React and modern TypeScript-based frontend development.
  • Strong experience designing maintainable frontend architectures, including state management, modular component design, and scalable codebases.
  • Experience integrating with API-driven microservice architectures.
  • Experience building highly interactive UIs, such as complex forms, configuration systems, or data-heavy applications.
  • A strong systems-thinking mindset, with the ability to reason about long-term technical and UX trade-offs.
  • The ability to take ownership of significant parts of the frontend platform and drive improvements across the codebase.
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS, with attention to performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Clear English communication skills and an interest in mentoring other engineers.
