We’re looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Specialist with French to join our team within a fast-paced IT Sales environment. This role is ideal for someone skilled in building client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and moving leads through the sales funnel with confidence and precision. You’ll work closely with potential customers across multiple channels, using a consultative approach to qualify leads and set the stage for long-term partnerships. What the role looks like:  

  • Daily management of sales pipeline with a focus on moving all prospects through the sales funnel.  

  • Document all relevant prospect and customer interactions on CRM (Salesforce).  

  • Transition qualified leads from pipeline to onboarding team to further the customer journey and buying process.  

  • Review and report daily, monthly and quarterly metrics to help achieve sales goals.  

  • Work model: hybrid or remote  

  • Working hours: Mon – Fr / 9:00 – 18:00  


 

Your profile:  

  • Fluent level of French and English - written and spoken.  

  • Previous sales experience 1,5-2 years , ideally in business development, lead qualification and new business acquisiton . Advertising/marketing or IT sales sector.  

  • Skilled at competitive selling to win new business  

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, ability to articulate complex concepts and ideas into a simple and understandable format.  

  • Strong time-management skills and the ability to work independently.  

  • Salesforce experience/ prior exposure to a CRM tool.  

  • Digital advertising knowledge – will be considered as advantage
