What You'll Do

  • Fraud Detection & Prevention: Analyze real-money transactional data and player patterns to identify/block fraudulent accounts and suspicious activities.

  • KYC & Compliance: Verify identities, assess risks, and conduct Enhanced Due Diligence for high-value accounts to meet global standards.

  • Payment Operations: Handle end-to-end lifecycle—deposits, withdrawals, reconciliations, and decisions on redemptions/bonuses.

  • AML Monitoring: Investigate transaction anomalies, money laundering, bonus abuse, and financial issues; document for regulators.

  • Risk Mitigation: Validate documents, enforce compliance, and coordinate with legal/risk teams.

  • Cross-Team Support: Resolve payment queries with Customer Support and Finance; fix system discrepancies.

     

What We're Looking For

Essential Experience:

  • 2+ years in KYC, Payments, or Risk roles in iGaming/fintech.

  • Experience with USA/European regulated gaming markets.

Core Skills:

  • Fluent English for communicating complex risks.

  • Analytical problem-solving with detail/pattern focus.

  • Multitasking resilience under pressure.

  • Commercial awareness of payment/risk business impacts.

Preferred: AML/fraud certifications; automated detection tools.
