📍 Location: Hilversum, Netherlands
🕒 Type: Full-time, On-site
📅 Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (8.5 hours including a 30-minute lunch break)
💻 Your Responsibilities:
✅ Provide first- or second-level contact and problem resolution for customer issues.
✅ Collaborate with third-party vendors to resolve complex AV issues.
✅ Maintain clear communication on issue status and resolutions.
✅ Keep detailed updates on all support tickets.
✅ Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot Windows systems and Cisco Jabber.
✅ Offer basic Mac OS support for Apple PC users.
✅ Maintain and repair printers, laptops, desktops, and other peripherals.
✅ Perform preventative maintenance and use diagnostic tools to resolve hardware/software issues.
✅ Possess broad IT knowledge — including networks, servers, AV, smart devices, and telecoms.
✅ Work flexibly in a project-based environment, contributing as a strong team player.
🎯 Requirements:
✔️ Valid work permit in the Netherlands.
✔️ Several years of professional experience in IT support.
✔️ Proficiency in English and Dutch (both mandatory).
