Job Description
As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for the daily management of the kitchen and the preparation of authentic Korean cuisine. You should have proven knowledge and practical experience in Korean cooking and be capable of independently preparing a wide range of traditional Korean dishes.

As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for the daily management of the kitchen and the preparation of authentic Korean cuisine. You should have proven knowledge and practical experience in Korean cooking and be capable of independently preparing a wide range of traditional Korean dishes.
Your responsibilities include:
* Preparing authentic Korean dishes independently, including Korean BBQ, Korean Fried Chicken, and other traditional specialties.
* Organizing and supervising the daily kitchen operations.
* Planning kitchen production and coordinating workflow.
* Monitoring the quality, consistency, and presentation of all dishes.
* Supervising, training, and supporting kitchen staff.
* Managing inventory and ordering ingredients and kitchen supplies.
* Maintaining communication with Asian suppliers regarding ingredients, product quality, and inventory management.
* Procuring authentic Korean ingredients in a timely manner.
* Ensuring compliance with HACCP food safety and hygiene regulations.
* Contributing to the development and improvement of menus, recipes, and cooking techniques.

* A gross monthly salary ranging from €2,950 to €3,678.53, depending on qualifications and experience.

Candidate Profile
We are looking for a candidate who:
* Can work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
* Is passionate about Korean cuisine and committed to delivering high-quality dishes.
* Is creative, detail-oriented, flexible, and able to perform well under pressure.
* Demonstrates leadership skills and can effectively manage a kitchen team.
* Has a solid understanding of food hygiene and HACCP food safety standards.
* Holds at least an MBO Level 3 qualification or an equivalent vocational qualification in culinary arts.
* Has proven knowledge of authentic Korean cooking techniques and traditional Korean cuisine.
* Has at least six months of relevant working experience in an Asian kitchen. Experience in Korean cuisine is highly preferred.
