SD Companies seeks commission-only sales agents across Europe to promote our advanced R&D services in engineering, mechatronics, AI, robotics, and CFD simulations. Earn competitive percentages on successful deals. Join our dynamic team to drive innovation!

SD Companies is seeking ambitious commission-based Sales Representatives to expand our reach across Europe in the field of technology and engineering consulting services. Even if EU is our major target territory, others are possible: USA, South-East Pacific and Middle East.

 

We specialize in building tech prototypes, custom digital systems (custom software, ERPnext and customization) and engineering consultancy (numerical simulations, mechanical/electronic design, mathematical modelling, robotics and automation, material design, prototyping) with projects ranging from €**,000 to €**0,000. While physical manufacturing is excluded from this job post, we deliver high-value engineering consulting and digital solutions. For newcomers, the focus can also be on selling standardized feasibility studies or smaller recurring consulting services.

 

𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 (𝗧𝘆𝗽𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗲𝘀):

1. Client engagement – Identify and attract potential customers.

2. Technical meeting – Gather detailed technical requirements with the support of our engineering team.

3. Proposal preparation – Our experts do a preliminary technical analysis and a tailored commercial offer.

4. Contract closing – Negotiate and finalize agreements with decision-makers.

 

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘀𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀:

a- Regular LinkedIn content showcasing our expertise and services

b- Technical articles on our website to build credibility with prospects

c- Access to a database of ~1,000 qualified leads (emails or phone numbers or contacts of potential decision makers)

d- Fast technical support: dedicated engineering expert providing feasibility checks and quotations (typically within 5 working days)

e- Other tools can be used (internal CRM may be used)

 

𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗕𝗼𝗻𝘂𝘀𝗲𝘀:

-Pure commission basis: *% to **%, depending on performance

-Bonuses applies for higher volumes and higher value deals

-Extra bonus for total personal deals by 4months from start over 150k€

-High performers may gain exclusive rights to specific regions or other benefits

-Compensation paid on cash inflow

-Typical deals range between €**,000 and €**0,000

-Feasibility studies can range less but a recurring sales/subscription process is required

-Experience in selling B2B technology or engineering solutions (not physical goods at least at the beginning).

-Strong self-motivation and ability to prospect independently across Europe or over.

-Excellent communication and negotiation skills with C-level executives and decision-makers.

-Commitment to results and achieving agreed revenue targets.

 

𝗔𝗱𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀:

This role is ideal for freelance sales professionals who want to maximize their earnings through high-value commission opportunities, backed by strong technical content and lead support from the company. SD Companies is looking for long-term cooperation partners in sales. We encourage independent sales professionals who are confident in managing their own pipeline. While we provide some leads, technical support, marketing contents, and maybe integration with our CRM platforms, we do not offer other CRM platforms or subscriptions like Sales Navigator, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc... Candidates should be comfortable using their own methods and tools.
