Job Description
Germany & Benelux | Hamburg (Home-Office Based) Garant Safety UAB is an international maritime service provider specializing in fire and rescue equipment, lifeboats, and davits for commercial vessels. To strengthen our presence in Germany and the Benelux region, we are looking for a Key Account & Business Development Manager with strong hunting capabilities and maritime experience.
Your role:

Develop and grow key accounts with ship managers and owners
⎯
Actively acquire new customers and framework agreements
⎯
Manage the full sales cycle from opportunity to contract
⎯
Work closely with technical and operational teams
⎯
Travel regularly within Germany and Benelux
What we offer:

Base salary from €80,000 gross per year**
⎯
Performance-based variable compensation of 30%
⎯
(OTE approx. €100,000+ at target achievement)

Your profile:
⎯
Experience in B2B sales or business development in the maritime environment, or experience in technical, operational, or supply role within ship management industry
⎯
Proven ability to win new business and manage key accounts
⎯
Comfortable working independently in a field-based role
⎯
Fluent German and good English
