4. Mechanics

Diagnose, repair, and maintain mechanical equipment, machinery, or engines. Perform routine servicing, troubleshooting, and part replacement to ensure equipment reliability and efficiency.

5. Carpenters

Construct, install, and repair wooden structures, frameworks, and fittings. Operate carpentry tools, interpret drawings, and ensure precision in measurements and installations.

6. Painters

Prepare surfaces and apply paints, varnishes, and coatings to interiors/exteriors. Mix colors, repair minor defects, and ensure high-quality finishing that meets project standards.

7. Insulators

Install thermal, acoustic, and fireproof insulation materials on pipes, ducts, walls, and industrial equipment. Measure, cut, and fit insulation according to specifications and safety requirements.

8. Pre-Commissioning Workers

Assist in system testing, equipment flushing, cleaning, pressure testing, and documentation during pre-commissioning phases. Support engineers to ensure systems are ready for commissioning.

9. Warehouse Workers

Manage inventory, receive/store materials, pick orders, and ensure smooth warehouse operations. Operate basic equipment (trolleys, pallet jacks) and maintain organized storage areas.
