Florist / Floral Designer - Bermuda 
Exclusive Group of Companies is seeking a creative, passionate Florist to join our growing business. This 
role is perfect for someone who loves working with flowers, has a strong eye for design, and enjoys 
creating beautiful experiences for customers.
Key Responsibilities
Design and create fresh, dried, and faux floral arrangements
Assist customers with custom bouquets and floral selections 
Maintain floral inventory, quality, and display standards 
Support our Floral Bar experience and curated workshops 
Prepare florals for special orders, events, and installations 
Keep the floral workspace clean, organized, and on-brand 
Provide warm, elevated customer service at all times 
Qualifications
Previous experience as a florist or floral designer preferred
Strong creative and design skills with attention to detail 
Knowledge of floral care, conditioning, and handling techniques 
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment 
Reliable, positive attitude and strong work ethic 
Ability to work weekends and occasional events
