We are working with Ascend Logistics. They’re building what’s next in freight and logistics, and move fast. Ideas are constant, priorities evolve quickly, and momentum matters. To keep pace, the CEO is looking for an exceptional partner who can operate at a high level and help turn vision into execution.

About The Role:

We are looking for an exceptional Senior Executive Assistant , someone highly intelligent and supremely organized individual who thrives amidst complexity and possesses an unwavering commitment to excellence.

This is not a role for the faint of heart; it demands a proactive, strategic thinker capable of anticipating needs, streamlining processes, and providing comprehensive support in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.

More specifically, you will:

🗓️ Assume meticulous control over the CEO’s calendar, inbox, and task management, proactively anticipating conflicts and ensuring optimal efficiency.

📄 Diligently prepare the CEO for all engagements by curating essential materials, providing critical context, and drafting strategic follow-up actions.

📬 Craft internal and external communications with impeccable clarity, precision, and professionalism, reflecting the CEO's voice and upholding the company's brand.

🔁 Expertly manage and optimize CRM tools, such as HubSpot, to ensure accurate sales pipeline tracking and seamless follow-up execution.

💡 Collaborate seamlessly with the operations team to refine sales processes, identify areas for improvement, and maximize overall efficiency.

🧠 Maintain comprehensive, meticulously organized notes to ensure continuity with key clients and partners, fostering strong relationships and facilitating strategic decision-making.

The ideal candidate is calm and composed, even when things are moving fast. You notice the little things, ask the right questions, and stay five steps ahead.

You’re proactive, take initiative without waiting to be told, and communicate clearly and professionally. You respect confidentiality, think strategically, and genuinely enjoy creating order in busy environments.

You take ownership of your work - and pride in doing it well!

Working Hours ⏰: This is a full-time role with flexibility on start and end time, as long as most of your hours overlap with U.S. Mountain Time (Denver-based). Ideally working up to 3.30 pm US Mountain time.

About You:

✅ 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, with a demonstrated track record of supporting C-level executives in demanding environments.

✅ Unquestionable experience in proving robust organizational skills as well as intelligence.

✅ Proven ability to thrive under pressure, managing multiple priorities with unwavering focus and attention to detail.

✅ Impeccable written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and persuasive content for diverse audiences.
