PR Manager / Public Communications Marketer The main task of the specialist will be planning and executing information campaigns, creating engaging and effective content for different communication channels, and shaping positive ideas and messages that resonate with the audience and influence public opinion.
Requirements:
Experience in PR, marketing, or SMM, or in related fields (journalism, media, creative industries, social projects).
Ability to work with crisis and sensitive topics.
Creativity and strong storytelling skills.
Knowledge of social media trends, video formats, memes, and long-reads.
Excellent command of the Ukrainian language (critically important).
Preferable: a driver’s license (car provided) and knowledge of English.
Responsibilities:
Developing and implementing information campaigns to influence public opinion and deliver key messages.
Creating content for social media, blogs, articles, videos, and other communication channels (with the involvement of contractors when necessary).
Analyzing public sentiment and trends, monitoring audience reactions, and adjusting campaigns in real time.
Collaborating with influencers, bloggers, and media; engaging partners to spread key messages.
Crisis communications: preparing content and responses to negative comments, hate, and resistance to campaigns.
Monitoring campaign effectiveness: defining KPIs, analyzing reach, engagement, and audience impact.
