Are you fluent in German and confident on the phone? We’re a fast-growing European company looking for motivated German-speaking cold callers to join our remote team. Job Details: •Position: Sales Development Representative (Outbound Sales) • Location: Remote (offshore countries welcome) •Type: Full-time •Monthly Pay: Around $500 USD (based on experience) •Start Date: ASAP
Responsibilities:
• Make outbound cold calls to potential customers in German-speaking markets
• Follow scripts and adjust based on customer interactions
• Record call outcomes and feedback in CRM
• Communicate regularly with the team
Requirements:
• Excellent spoken German (C1 or above preferred)
• Comfortable making 100+ cold calls per day
• Quiet work environment and stable internet
• Strong communication and sales skills
• Bonus: Experience in telesales, customer service, or lead generation
