To strengthen our team, we are looking for an enthusiastic and independent cook.

What Will You Do?

* Independently prepare dishes according to our menu.
* Ensure compliance with HACCP hygiene and food safety regulations.
* Work closely with colleagues and provide support during busy periods.
* Manage and monitor inventory and stock orders.
* Prepare ingredients and perform mise-en-place duties.
* Apply fundamental and professional cooking techniques.
* Contribute ideas for menu development, recipe improvements, and preparation methods.
* Take responsibility for inventory management and ordering supplies.
* Provide technical guidance and supervision to kitchen assistants.

Who Are We Looking For?

* You have an MBO Level 3 diploma or equivalent vocational qualification/work experience.
* You have demonstrable knowledge of basic cooking techniques.
