About the Role:
This is not a “maintain what exists” role.
This is a build-from-zero, own-the-number, grow-into-GM opportunity.
 
As Sales Director / Country Manager, you will:
Own the offline sales & channel ecosystem in Germany or France.
Set strategy, execute relentlessly, and deliver results.
Work closely with Global HQ while running the local market like a CEO.
 
What You’ll Be Doing:
Build and scale dealer, distributor & reseller networks.
Drive B2C offline and hybrid sales channels.
Define go-to-market, pricing & brand positioning.
Set targets, budgets, KPIs, and performance dashboards.
Hire, train, and lead a high-performing local sales team.
Own key partnerships and retail relationships.
Lead market & competitor intelligence.
Feed customer insights back to HQ for product optimization.
Coordinate with global product, supply chain, logistics & marketing teams.
 
What We’re Looking for:
8+ years in offline sales & channel development.
Strong B2C sales background.
3+ years managing teams of 10+.
Proven success building and scaling local sales organizations.
Industry Background (Preferred).
Professional tools & equipment.
3C electronics / smartphones / consumer electronics.

 
Language & Profile:
Fluent in English or Fluent in German
Deep understanding of European local markets
Strong distributor & retail network
