Visit customers when needed, understand customer feedback on service, product, quality, lead time, andcommunication, and report this back to the China team in a timely manner.
Identify opportunities within existing accounts, including new products, new projects, new departments, new buyingentities, and share-of-wallet growth
Develop suitable target customers through local market mapping, trade fairs, network, direct outreach, and follow-up.
Act as a local support partner when the China team visits customers in Poland or the broader region.
Gradually build and update the regional customer pool and product pool.
