About Company
Your responsibilities:
- Assisting our customers – in person, by phone, and via email
- Receiving and organizing workshop orders
- Preparing repair estimates
- Issuing invoices and processing payments
- Managing and assigning invoices, receipts, and delivery notes
- Working with automotive-specific software (e.g. RepDoc, WM – training will be provided)
Your profile:
- Good command of German and English, both written and spoken (Russian is a plus)
- Category B driver’s license
- Experience or solid knowledge in the automotive field
- Basic computer skills
- Well-groomed appearance and friendly demeanor
- Independent and structured working style
